Creative D80 Bluetooth Speakers

Creative is very smart, most of the time, providing more than just decent audio solutions. It 's, PC speakers headphones / earphones, DAP and PMP, and portable speakers Creative Time also has dabbled in many media fronts, and has managed to stay high enough to be noticed in the list. One of their latest products to help out in the Indian market is the Creative D80 Bluetooth speaker. In more detail.
Keep following the previous model, namely D100, Creative D80 is almost as compact and lightweight. It weighs 1.06 kg, which is only slightly heavier than its predecessor. It is a great machine, but it is not something to tote in your pocket either. The simple design is what I found most interesting about it. Color options are also available in pink, blue, green and grill is white and all black version, which is by far the cleanest voice.
Just like the D100, D80 also has a small control panel in the front and in the middle between the two speakers. The control panel is a standard 3.5 mm connector, which can be used for line-D8 connecting your MP3 player or mobile phone that supports Bluetooth. Of course, it is also very useful if you want to save some 'energy using a wired connection, unlike Bluetooth. A number of the volume keys are next followed by a large button on the Bluetooth icon. The button is a cool fluorescent backlight to demonstrate the power is turned on.
Behind the AC IN connector (cable included) with the power switch. This unfortunately means nothing to the battery, which is once again back to this type of product. This lack of unity of the battery, which was called "wireless" tend to stand out, even if the company is actually referring to the wireless audio streaming and wireless portability. However, such a battery, or at least the possibility of using AA batteries or something else would have been a lot of sealant.

Features and performance
Set up
Connecting a Bluetooth device is a breeze. Simply hold the Bluetooth button until you hear a double beep and the light starts flashing. The flashing light indicates that the device is ready to be connected to a compatible device. Activate Bluetooth on your phone or other device, do a quick scan and add and couples Creative D80. That's it. There is no password or any other form of security that hinder your connection to the speaker. When a device is connected to the flashing light will be reduced to once every two seconds means you're good to go.
D80 support for Bluetooth 2.1 + EDR (Enhanced Data Rate), and is fully compatible with all A2DP enabled devices from mobile phones, media players or laptop / netbook that supports the profile. Connect this to your iPhone or iPod Touch (older versions that do not support the A2DP) or Bluetooth connection to your computer you must purchase the adapter itself. Creative selling their BT-D1 USB adapter for the PC and the BT-D5 IOS Device Adapter separately. A cheaper option would be to just buy the EP-EP cable or the cable from 3.5 mm on each side and connect the cable to the device IOS via the AUX port.
I was very impressed with the overall sound quality, the D80 was concocted in our test center. I tried this on a variety of devices, including two iPad, iPhone 4, Sony Ericsson Xperia Arc and some mp3 players and cable and Bluetooth. The quality varies slightly from unit to unit and at the end of my test, I was left quite satisfied with the overall sound quality.
Creative D80 March 2 inch full-range drivers are perfectly able to offer a very complete and well rounded variety of shades. Higher and middle levels were only slightly 'stronger, but if the device is equipped with the EQ settings are easy to solve. Bass was very deep shot that you get by tapping your feet as you listen to music. D80 was able to handle the equipment was at its peak, without too much distortion at all. A little scratch here and there was visible, but not enough to complain.
The radius of 10 meters that says Creative D80 supports signal strength was perfect and then some. In an open area without obstacles in their path, a high-end mobile phone will not hesitate to provide decent signal, even at a distance of 13.5 meters. After that, it will not be too big and too often is the alteration of the flow.

Bottom Line
With a price of Rs. 2700, the speaker creative D80 can not be the party we hoped for, but it's not a bad option for an average sized room, or even an outdoor picnic. Of course you may just be able to set at 1 meter from the wall makes a short rope, and the lack of battery capacity. In addition to the battery of questions, D80 works to be quite a good product and value is its main USP.
